First release for this Franciacorta Rosé, with grapes from the 2016 harvest. The base wine ages on the yeasts for at least 24 months and at the time of disgorgement a dosage of 3.5 g/l is added.

Ripe red fruits and levender emerge on the nose, followed by mineral notes

When tasted, it is broad and structured, fresh. Ripe red fruit returns, with a pleasant savory note that accompanies a long finish

SoloUva was founded by Giovanni Arcari, and is a small winery that is part of the “Terra, Uomo, Cielo” group, and is run by Andrea Rudelli and produces around 15,000 bottles a year, in the hectare and a half of vineyards owned, using the Grape Only Method.

At no stage of the production process (second fermentation, liqueur d’expedition) are exogenous sugars added, because the grapes are harvested at full phenolic ripeness and refermentation in the bottle occurs with the sole use of previously frozen must.
