  Sauvignon remains in contact with the skins for a month, while Cabernet is pressed quickly, steel and wood.

Explosion of tropical fruit, yellow and white petaled flowers, mineral and aromatic with a vegetal puff very similar to red pepper

Fresh and crunchy, with a slim body, aromatic and savory with a pleasant finish

Patrick SULLIVAN produces in a sustainable and respectful way, but does not like to conform to categories. He produces natural wine but doesn’t like this definition in The Dogmas.

The production area is Strezleki in Gippsland, a rural region of Victoria where Patrick and his wife Megan produce wines that reflect the fantastic Australian terroir
