The scenarios that this glimpse of Spain offers leave you breathless.
Vineyards stolen from the mountain, sapling vines that struggle with the granite, villages built in stone. A magnificent area with wines that had never impressed me before.
Then the meeting with Dominik and the discovery of an unimaginable reality: fresh, tense and mineral wines as we like them. An idea of cru, winemaking and a style that are very reminiscent of Burgundy.
Absolutely worth trying.
