It comes from soils with a strong presence of quartz and gypsum between 400 and 600 meters. Refines for 24 months in used tonneaux.
White pulp fruit, white and yellow flowers, aromatic herbs, mineral and with light toasted sensations
Fresh but balanced by the splendid mineral shoulder, crazy drinkable, infinite length and slightly bitter
Serving temperature 12°-16° (depending on taste, but too low a temperature is not recommended)

The scenarios that this glimpse of Spain offers leave you breathless.
Vineyards stolen from the mountain, sapling vines that struggle with the granite, villages built in stone. A magnificent area with wines that had never impressed me before.
Then the meeting with Dominik and the discovery of an unimaginable reality: fresh, taut and mineral wines as we like them. An idea of cru, winemaking and a style that are very reminiscent of Burgundy.
Absolutely worth trying.
