El Bandito Mangaliza 2021, Harslevelu
From a sapling vineyard planted in 1971 at 100 meters above sea level on decomposed granite. Yield of 20 hl/ha. Whole cluster fermentation in steel. After pressing, the wine finishes fermentation in exhausted 300-liter wooden barrels. White flowers and fruit, fresh and ripe, apple and almond, aromatic herbs and great minerality. Fresh and crunchy sip, incredibly agile to drink, savory and with an almond finish. Persistent.
El Bandito Cortez 2021, Chenin Blanc
From a sapling vineyard planted in 1972 at 220 meters above sea level on decomposed granite. Yield 25 hl/ha. The grapes, after being pressed with the stalks, ferment and subsequently refine in a 3000L barrel. Very interesting expression by Chenin. Honey, white flowers and baking notes. Deep, rich and graceful sip. It closes with a pleasant sensation of orange peel.
