  The grapes are harvested in the same period and ferment together as a whole bunch in steel containers with a light maceration on the skins, then it is bottled with still some residual sugars and then completes the fermentation in the bottle. Finally it rests for 12 months on the yeasts before disgorgement. It is topped up with the same wine and is not dosed and denotes a very low pressure, less than 2 atmospheres

Lots of citrus fruits and white flowers on the nose, close your eyes and for a moment you are in Sorrento, and you can also notice the Passion Fruit.

Tasty and juicy on the palate, with an agile and fresh sip, very persistent

From a strong friendship between Martin and Anna Arndorfer and Stefanie and Alwin Jurtschitsch, Weingut Fuchs und Hase was born, from which products are produced only refermented in the bottle.

All the wines originate from more or less prolonged macerations on the skins aimed at extracting the characteristic aromas of the different grapes.
