The grapes are harvested in the same period and ferment together as a whole bunch in steel containers with a light maceration on the skins, then it is bottled with some residual sugars and then completes the fermentation in the bottle. Finally it rests for 6 months on the yeasts before disgorgement. It is topped up with the same wine and is not dosed
Juice of red fruits and berries on the nose, Violet and Lavender, mineral with light peppery notes
When tasted it is fresh, savory, almost salty, very elegant and easy to drink, it is persistent on the finish
Serving temperature 8°-10°
Roast with Sauerkraut and Potatoes

From a strong friendship between Martin and Anna Arndorfer and Stefanie and Alwin Jurtschitsch, Weingut Fuchs und Hase was born, from which products are produced only refermented in the bottle.
All the wines originate from more or less prolonged macerations on the skins aimed at extracting the characteristic aromas of the different grapes.
