From a sapling vineyard planted in 2001 at 200 meters above sea level on decomposed granite, the grapes ferment whole bunches for 10 days in used 3300 liter barrels
Violets and red fruit, cherry and raspberry, then red apple and blood orange, mineral and with hints of wet earth
Acidity and minerality almost in balance to favor great drinkability, light and mineral, the tannin is very gentle
