From a sapling vineyard planted in 1972 at 220 meters above sea level on decomposed granite. Yield 25 hl/ha. The grapes, after being pressed with the stalks, ferment and subsequently refine in a 3000L barrel.
Honey, white flowers, exotic fruit and baking notes.
Generous, rich and carefree sip. It closes with a pleasant sensation of orange peel.
