From a sapling vineyard planted in 1971 at 100 meters above sea level on decomposed granite. Yield of 20 hl/ha. Whole cluster fermentation in steel. After pressing, the wine finishes fermentation in exhausted 300-liter wooden barrels.
White flowers and fruit, fresh and ripe, apple and almond, aromatic herbs and great minerality
Fresh and crunchy sip, incredibly agile to drink, savory and with an almond finish. Persistent.
Serving temperature 10°-12°
Tempura by Alice and Paranza
If it weren’t for the fact that Harslevelu is a native Hungarian he could very well have originated from here. Incredible drink
