The Terroir of the Castelli Romani is perfect, one of the best ever thanks to the volcanic soil that gives elegance to the wines, to the freshness due to the typical temperature range of the area and to the proximity to the sea, from which it benefits from the breezes. Cantina Raparelli has a very high production potential, but for now the bottles produced are around 10000, based on Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Viognier and Vermentino.
