Riccardo challenges the commonplace. He is part of that group of new wine growers in the Castelli Romani who want to impress with the quality of their offerings and who, in the years to come, will bring prestige to a much undervalued area, where vines have been cultivated for 3000 years.
The Terroir of the Castelli Romani is perfect, one of the best ever, thanks to the volcanic soil that gives elegance to the wines, to the freshness due to the temperature range typical of the area and to the proximity to the sea, from which it benefits from the breezes.
Cantina Raparelli has a very high production potential, but for now the bottles produced are around 10,000, based on Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Viognier and Vermentino.
