The estate was founded by Girolamo Dalle Ore in 1903, driven by his love of wine and his land, Lessinia.
With the same love, Marco, Girolamo's great-grandson, now produces wines that are strongly identified with the territory and combine quality and respect for the environment.
The practices in the vineyard are biodynamic, no chemicals are used in the vineyard, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts and with small additions of sulphur dioxide before bottling.
