Furlani Sur Lie Alpine Red 2019

Sur Lie Alpine Red is a sparkling wine produced by Cantina Furlani in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Pavana della Valsugana and Turca grapes come from plots at an altitude of 720 metres, macerate a few hours on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the grapes re-ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulphur dioxide, where it remains for about two years before commercialisation. Fresh and savoury on the palate, heady on the nose, it is ideal to accompany a platter of extra-large cold cuts
