In homage to Louis XIV, to whom champagne owes its worldwide renown, the cuvée Roy Soleil saw the light in 2003, elaborated with Chardonnay grapes proof-from the Grand Cru plots of Mesnil-sur-Oger.One third of this cuvée matured 6 months in large French oak barrels. and rests in bottle for a minimum of 3 years. The nose is fine and elegant on notes of candied fruit (citrus, apricots) . The aromatic development in the mouth withholds a great fineness and a remarkable richness of aroma, moreover great freshness and persistence worthy of the greatest wines.

Belemnita Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2008Chardonnay
Ifexclusive lesson , made from Chardonnay Grand Cru grapes from the company's own vineyards in Mesnil-sur-Oger, of which some are in partly planted as far back as 1929 , it is an extremely demanding crop effec-made from the finest selection of grapes from a unique terroir. This cuvèe owes its name to the its name to the fossils, the belemnite rostrums found in the chalky soil of Mesnil - sur - Oger (in Latin Belemnita quadrata) sediments from the Tertiary era. This champagne rests for a minimum of 6 years in the cellar at a co-temperature.(12°) , it is not dosed at the degorgement stage and is therefore a product that is not extra brut, in order to enhance its natural characteristics. Produced only in the vintages exceptional, this cuvée represents the unique interpretation of the best parcels.the vineyards of Mesnil - sur - Oger.
