Da una vigna ad alberello piantata nel 1971 a 100 metri di altitudine su granito decomposto. Resa di 20 hl/ha. F ermentazione a grappolo intero in acciaio. Dopo la pressatura il vino termina la fermentazione in botti di legno da 300 litri esauste. Fiori bianchi e frutta, fresca e matura, Mela e Mandorla, erbe aromatiche e grande mineralità. Sorso fresco e croccante, bevuta incredibilmente agile, sapido e dal finale ammandorlato. Persistente.

From a bush-trained vineyard planted in 1972 at an altitude of 220 metres on decomposed granite. Yield 25 hl/ha. The grapes, after being crushed with stalks, are fermented and then aged in a 3000L barrel. Very interesting expression of Chenin. Honey, white flowers and bakery notes. Deep, rich and graceful on the palate. Closes with a pleasant orange peel sensation.
