Arsac, Bordeaux Regis Bernaleu inherited a small vineyard from his father in 1980. Since then, Chateau Mongravay has never stopped growing, in terms of size and quality. He invested heavily in modernising the estate, and now has 9 hectares of vineyards, with specimens up to 30 years old, in a privileged position and very well drained. The climate is mild with oceanic influences and a clay, limestone and sandy soil. In 2003, his efforts were rewarded with many awards and inclusion in the new Bordeaux classification as Cru Bourgeois.
