Bressan Carat 2020
47,30 € 42,90 €
Carat Venezia Giulia is a white wine produced by Bressan in Farra d'Isonzo in Friuli and made from Friulano, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla grapes. Harvesting is manual with fermentation on the skins for about 4 weeks and malolactic fermentation carried out naturally, the wine is then placed in different 2000-litre barrels where it matures over the next 3 years with periodic batonnage. Afterwards, the different barrels are racked into steel, where it will stabilise for at least 3 months to favour natural decantation, and bottled without filtration. Carat Venezia Giulia is a fresh and elegant wine, round and persistent with hints of apricot and nectarine, floral and spicy tending to sweet. Try it with shellfish from the lagoon

Farra d'Isonzo (Gorizia)
Bressan is one of those companies we are really proud of: radical, purist, uncompromising... great!
The Bressan family carries on a tradition wisely handed down from master vintner to master vintner and categorically rejects any kind of modernity or technology, because it flattens the wine.
The company is divided into several territories and has a total of 20 hectares of vineyards.
These are the cornerstones of this crazy winery:
