🛁 From a micro plot (only 2,400 bottles produced!!) of Scary Gully Vineyard in Forest Range at an altitude between 450 and 550 metres above sea level. Clayey and sandy soil, with shale and quartz. Whole cluster fermentation for about a week. Aged partly in used barriques and partly in steel.
👃🏻 On the nose, red fruits, mainly Wild strawberries then rhubarb, lavender and violet, mineral with slight spicy hints.
