Mali Majer 2017, 60% Blaufrankish, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Alibernet

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in used oak barrels for 18 months. Fresh strawberry and unripe berries and very acidic. It is a light-coloured, drinkable wine, also to be paired with a fatty dish such as lake fish.

Majer 2017, 60% Blaufrankisch, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Alibernet. Spontaneous fermentation

Aged in used oak barrels for 12 months. No clarification or filtration.

Interval 104 2016, Riesling

1/3 of the grapes undergo 30 days of maceration, 1/3 semi-carbonic fermentation and 1/3 classic white vinification. Maturation: one part in used barriques and one part in steel.
No filtration.

Oranzista 2018Pinot Grigio

It remains in contact with the skins for 7 days. Refinement in cement.
Softness given by the fruit; very light hints of dried apricot. Fresh and acidic.
No clarification or filtration.

Supermajer 2017Gruner Veltliner

Fermentation in contact with the skins for 14 days. Maturation in oak and acacia barriques for 2 years. No clarification or filtration.

Eggstasy II x 2, Riesling

In contact with the skins for 10 days. Maturation in cement for 6 months and then in large used barrels for 18 months. No clarification or filtration.

Since 1997, the Majer Zemianske Sady family has been making wine from indigenous Slovakian (Devín, Blaufränkisch, Alibernet) and international (Sauvignon blanc, Pinot Gris, Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon) grape varieties, aged in steel, tonneaux and kvevris.

It can count on 17 hectares with vines up to 30 years old and a Biodynamic approach to viticulture that is absolutely respectful of nature.
