Hawke's Bay - NEW ZEALAND Supernatural Wine Co. is a producer of certified organic white wines since 2015, vinified naturally, from grapes sourced from an estate located north of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand; The vineyard is situated on a north-facing hillside with slopes up to 30%. The soils are limestone-rich clay with volcanic influence. The wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts and no more than a little sulphur dioxide is added at bottling, they are not filtered. Supernatural Sauvignon Blanc is an atypical wine: with smoky notes, very spicy, rich and structured.
