Montezic, Aveyron Nicolas Carmarans grew up in a family of restaurateurs and has always been passionate about natural wine, so much so that he opened Il Café de la Nuovelle Mairie, one of the first natural wine bars in Paris and France. After many years behind the bar proposing natural wine, he decided it was time to produce his own and so bought a plot of land in Montezic, in the beautiful Aveyron region, nestled between mountains, fortified villages and medieval castles. Geographically, it is located within the triangle between Toulouse, Montpellier and Clermont Ferrand, in the South West, close to the central Masque. It produces Aligotè, Chenin Blanc and two really little-known varieties such as Fer Servadou and Negret de Banhars.
