Langhe Rosato è un vino rosato prodotto a Dogliani da Nicholas Altare, ed ottenuto da uve Nebbiolo e Dolcetto provenienti da suolo argilloso calcareo. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio mediante fermentazione spontanea da lieviti indigeni ed una macerazione di poche ore. L’affinamento avviene in acciaio per un anno. Langhe Rosato è molto minerale ricco di sentori verdi con ricordi di frutti di bosco e di viola. In bocca è fresco e sapido, teso e diretto, perfetto per aperitivo

We are in DoglianiIn San Luigi, in the centre of the Dolcetto di Dogliani growing area, Nicholas Altare cultivates his family's vineyards, some of which are very old.
Nicholas has "inherited" a company handed down from generation to generation, he has always had a strong passion for this world, but it is after knowing a master such as Principiano Ferdinando, who started making artisanal wine for bottling.
It's 2015 and Nicholas just didn't want to see his grapes sold in bulk, and that's when the journey began.
