🛁 Field blend from a 0.9 ha vineyard in the locality of the same name at an altitude of 150 metres on marl. Macerates for 8 days on the skins and matures for 24 months in cement eggs.

The Lavrencic family has been making wine since 1499, and now it is the turn of Primoz, the latest generation to carry on the family tradition. He does this in a way that he defines as modern and traditional, concepts that for him coincide.
Burja climbs between wind and rock, and sets itself some production rules that cannot be deviated from:

- Promoting the biodiversity of vineyards

Primoz has a dream, which is becoming reality thanks to the contribution of many local winegrowers, of making the Terroir of the Vipava Valley, which offers absolute pearls, known and appreciated all over the world.
