Mino Carbo is a red wine produced by Cantina Furlani in Povo Trento, Trentino. It is made from Marzemino grapes that come from plots of land at an altitude of 720 metres, macerate for a week on the skins with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, and is aged for 6 months in steel. Bottled without the addition of sulphur dioxide, filtrations and clarifications. Floral and fruity on the nose, with stony and herbaceous hints, in the mouth it is fine, fresh and savoury. Try it on porcini pasta.

Povo Trento, Trentino
Cantina Furlani is a winery established about 20 years ago between Povo and Cognola, a stone's throw from Trento. Young but already superbly known in the world of natural wine, it extends over about 6 hectares of vineyards with plots that reach up to 720 metres in altitude, between the hills overlooking Trento and the slopes of the Vigolana.
Furlani is a dynamic company that succeeds in combining tradition, craftsmanship and innovation, capable of producing wines that are simple and environmentally friendly, elegant and territorial, natural and with a strong personality.
Now in the saddle is Matteo, the fourth generation of family winemakers, who has guided the company towards an ethical conversion to biodynamics.
