🛁 The grapes come from two plots, Champ Fort in Mesnay and Côte de Feule in Pupillin, fermented in contact with the skins for 8 months in steel. Maturation takes place in steel for 75% of the mass and in exhausted wood for the remaining 25%. Bottled without filtration or clarification

Patrice Beguet is a very young producer who founded Domaine Huges-Beguet in 2010.
The company consists of 4 hectares planted with Arbois and Arbois Pupillin where Savagnin is the most cultivated among the whites and Ploussard is among the reds.
His wines are incredibly mature, characterful and typical and are named after his passion for Jazz
