👅 Savoury, almost salty, and fresh, graceful, the tannins are soft, the taste is elegant and the finish long

It was 2002 and in a short time Tom has become a cult producer not only for the wonderful terroir of Lime.
Its wines are taut, nervous and mineral like the granite on which the old vines are planted, at the same time graceful and ethereal, like the wind that inevitably combs those wild hills.
