👃🏻 Very fragrant with hints of wild herbs and apple in all its forms, asparagus, menthol notes and sweet spices are perceived
👅 Full and warm, elegant and very mineral, slightly aromatic and with a long finish
👍🏻 Serving temperature 12°-14°.
💕 Buche de Chèvre and Camembert

Les Montils, Touraine, Loire
Thierry Puzelat is a big name in the Loire region, and after opening his own winery in 1990, he decided to open his first boutique winery in 1999.
Thierry saw a great deal of quality grapes, produced by small local vignerons, ending up in the hands of cooperatives and negociants at low cost, so he decided to enter the market and set up Puzelat Bonhomme.
The grapes come only from biodynamic agriculture and guarantee a fairer income for the micro producers, as well as top quality products for wine lovers from all over the world.
