Coccaglio (BS) Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi founded Cantina Arcari+Danesi in 2006, following an idea they had developed ten years earlier. The winery's headquarters are carved into the rocky southern slope of Montorfano, which is a hilly area that defines the southern limit of the Franciacorta territory. The grapes mostly cultivated, in a natural way, are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, to which are added Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangivoese, produced between Coccaglio, Capriolo and Caionvico, used for the Grace project. The sparkling wines of Arcari and Danesi are characterised by great drinkability which, combined with the very low residual sugar content, makes these bubbles incredible products.
