Dunes of Marinella 2022 è un vino bianco di Cermina, a Cirò Marina, in Calabria. In particolare le uve provengono dalla riserva di Dune di Marinella, un’ecosistema costituito da pura macchia mediterranea e dalla presenza della rarissima Ginestra Bianca. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio dove peraltro poi affina per alcuni mesi. Inebriante sentori floreali ed erbacei al naso, di frutta fresca che poi ritroviamo anche alla bocca, piena e persistente. Perfetta con un bel piatto di spaghetti alle vongole e bottarga

Cirò Marina, Calabria
Pierpaolo and Sergio, the Cerminara brothers, grew up among the vines but until 2015 were doing other things in life; the former a mechanical engineer, the latter a pharmacist.
The estate boasts 6 hectares spread between hills and plains within the Cirò DOC area, the first vines were planted by his grandfather a good 60 years ago, the others by his father and uncle in later years.
A few simple rules make up the company's philosophy: maniacal, organic care of the vineyard and the fruit, lots of supervision and minimal interventionism in order to preserve the natural processes of transforming must into wine.
Cerminara is part of the Cirò Revolution, a virtuous, artisanal movement that aims to give visibility and lustre to a historic terroir of exceptional value. The result is wines that are faithful to the character of the terroir and of the highest quality, the first harvest dates back to 2020.
