🛁 The grapes come from vines between 60 and 70 years old located on sandy, granitic soil with a southern, south-eastern exposure. Harvesting is done manually, fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts, the wine macerates for 20 days and then matures for 9 months in demi-muids, 600-litre barrels.

Vitrolles en Luberon, Provence
A family-run winery that has been handed down for generations, Romain Zordan has taken the reins since 2012, and Alexandre Jakovljevitch has joined him since 2018. The winery is in Provence but part of the vineyards, the ones that interest us, are located between Fleurie and Villié Morgon, lcertified organic since 2012.
The vines are over 60 years old practically all in Gamay, a grape variety with which Romain seems to juggle really well: pure, generous and expressive, with very little total sulphur
