🛁 The grapes come from two hectares of vines planted between 2006, 2011, 2015 and 2017. Vinification in terracotta amphora barrels (jarre) for 15 months, it is unfiltered and involves a small addition of sulphur dioxide pre-bottling
👃🏻 White flowers then various declensions of apple, with citrus and tropical returns, wet straw and honey. Extraordinary minerality with chalk as protagonist
👅 Very fresh and structured although the body is medium, mineral and persistent

Before embarking on his wine career in 2001, Frantz worked as a forest ranger in Canada and France.
Then, as we said, in 2001, came the thunderbolt on the road to MontLouis and decided to buy a small plot of 3 hectares of vines.
Since then, Frantz has established himself as one of the best producers in the Loire region, doubling the number of hectares on his estate, now 6, and significantly refining his production technique, which is now truly enviable, but still with a natural, non-interventionist approach.
