Village Shiraz is a red wine produced by Gentle Folk in the Adelaide Hills, Australia and made from pure Shiraz grapes sourced from two of Gareth and Rainbow's friendly vintners. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and whole cluster maceration of the grapes for 4 weeks. Ageing then takes 8 months in wood of various sizes and passages. Soft and beautifully balanced on the palate, the nose is a veritable explosion of red fruits, dark spices and cocoa. A wonderful version of Australian Shiraz!

🛁 Grapes are sourced from Adelaide Hills area growers who are very friendly with the Beltons, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about a month, then ageing for 8 months in wood of various sizes and passages, including a 10% of new barrels.
👃🏻 Floral with hints of mint and sage, fruity with hints of dark spices, mineral and chocolatey
👅 Soft and super-balanced, the tannin is velvety and the finish very long
