Patrice Beguet Go Together Blanc 2022

Go Together Blanc is a white wine produced by Patrice Beguet in Ancenis in the Loire. It is made from Melon de Bourgogne, Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes; the fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, without filtration, clarification and added sulphurfor vinification, 30% is pressed directly in steel, another 40% matures 6 months in exhausted barrels and 30% macerates 6 months in acacia. Go Together Blanc is a fresh and satisfying wine, light and drinkable with dominant hints of fresh and tropical fruit on the nose. Try it with oysters
