🛁 From 45-year-old vines and on soils rich in silt and sand, the grapes macerate whole bunches in open wooden vats for carbonic maceration and fermentation, then they are pressed with the feet, finally the wine matures for 1 year in 800 and 200 litre used oak barrels, with occasional batonnage.
👃🏻 Ultra-complex nose, many green notes, especially of herbs, asparagus and lime, blend with ripe berries and red flower petals, spicy and stony
👅 Great drinkability, fresh and mineral, slightly aromatic and savoury, spicy and very persistent

A true pioneer of natural wine, first as a journalist (he worked as senior editor at Vinarsk Obzor magazine, one of the leading in the Czech Republic) then as a producer, and has been doing so for 25 years.
His company has 15 hectares, 5 of which are planted with vines, the rest are occupied by forest, from which he obtains the barrels he uses, and by animal breeding including bees, his is a holistic vision.
The result is wines that are true and pure, straightforward and genuine, rustic yet elegant, with great personality
