Fruity and fragrant on the nose, fresh and mouth-watering. It is a gourmet wine, with very low total sulphur content and perfect for wild boar

🍷 Red Wine
🛁 From a collaboration between Manuel Di Vecchi and Dominique Derain, from grapes harvested on Joachim Roque's estate in a rather cool valley with rather poor clay soil, typical of the Côte Vermeille. No mechanisation is possible so grass control is done by grazing animals (ponies and sheep). Vines at an altitude of 350 metres with a steep slope, northern exposure, mountainous environment even though only 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea. To maintain freshness, vinification is done in vats with one part whole cluster and one part destemmed grape. A week of fermentation that ends in cement vats then maturation for 7 months on the lees.
👃🏻 The nose is intense and complex, deep and sanguine, rose and violet, then notes of blood orange, blueberry and tomato leaf. Slightly spicy.
👅 Fresh, fruity and delicious mouthfeelin balance with a soft and not very tannic taste.
👍🏻 Serving temperature 16°-18°.
💕 Fettuccine with wild boar ragout
😍 Very tasty and with a very low sulphur content of 5mg/l

Banyuls Sur Mer, Languedoc Roussillon
Tutti Frutti Ananas is the result of a project that came to life in Banyuls-sur-Mer from the union of three visionary and daring characters: Manuel Di Vecchi (Vinyer de la Ruca), Josè Carvalho (La Cave des Nomades) and Joachim Roche (Domaine Carterole).
Three creative winemakers who produce an average of 10 to 15 hectolitres per hectare from their own vineyards and who, by a stroke of luck, have joined forces. Joachim has inherited a vineyard in a dry river bed in Collioure that produces 35 hectolitres per hectare, and he is in charge of the Tutti Frutti Ananas vineyards. Manuel Di Vecchi makes the wine and Zé (born Josè Tafé), a versatile Portuguese musician, takes care of the commercial side.
Real Vins de Soif mostly without sulphur dioxide or with 15 mg at bottling if necessary for drinking. Everything is stated on the label.
