Riesling del Molise Lame del Sorbo is a white wine from Agricola Vinica in Ripalimosani, Molise. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that ferment spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and minimum maceration, and then age in steel for 12 months. Riesling del Molise Lame del Sorbo has a nose rich in fruity, floral and herbaceous scents, while in the mouth it is fresh, savoury and elegant. Vinica shows us that nothing is impossible, not even a Riesling in Molise, to pair with shellfish and crustaceans

Ripalimosani, Molise
A living organism of 220 hectares, one of the largest farms in Molise, set among green hills, used for vineyards, olive groves, woods and pastures.
The hilly areas are located at altitudes of up to 750 metres, an ideal terroir for growing vines, thanks to the exposure, ventilation and wide temperature range.
In 2009 the first vines were planted and in 2011 the first harvest; currently the annual production is about 15000 bottles of Tintilia, Trebbiano and various international varieties.
