From 6-year-old vines in a calcareous clay soil. Lhe wine-making process follows thebiodynamic methods, i.e., spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no stabilization,none clarification or filtration. It ages for 15 months in 25hl oak tanks. Sulphur dioxide 30 mg/l

Mocevò 2017 Frusinate IGP Rosso x 2, from native vines of the Arce area

Produced from calcareous clay soil with a very low yield of 30 Q/Ha. Lin vendemmia was conducted by hand around the first decade of Octoberand the grapes vinified immediatelyfermentation. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no stabilization, no clarification or filtration. Fermented in cement vats and aged for 12 months in 500-litre French oak tonneaux. Sulphur dioxide 23 mg/l

Lauterie 2016 Frusinate IGP Red, Sirah

From new hillside vineyards, with calcareous clay soil, in the municipality of Arce, in the heart of the Tramonti district, whose vines are five years old. Le Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, no stabilization, no clarification or filtration. Aged for 15 months in 500l used French oak tonneaux. Sulphur dioxide 21 mg/l

Zitore 2017 Frusinate IGP Red x 2, Lecinaro

Produced from 6 year old vines on the mountains of Arce, in the Contrada Tramonti, in a calcareous clay soil, trained with Guyot espalier. They have a planting density of 4000 vines per hectare with a relative yield of 60 Q/ha. Lhe wine-making process follows the dictates ofnamic, i.e. spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no stabilization, no clarification or filtration. It ages for 15 months in 25 hl oak tanks. Sulphur dioxide 30 mg/l

Arce (Frosinone)

The choice of producing in a sustainable and biodynamic has led the company to adopt a method of cultivation that goes beyond the concept of organic farming, as it renounces any chemical intervention in the vineyard.

Biodynamic practice places the soil at the center of the agricultural universe, and through the use of biodynamic preparations totally natural (dynamized with water) is able to preserve the soil and make it fertile.

Palazzo Tronconi is certified ICEA e DEMETER

In the vineyard are bred ancient vines arcesi as the Lecinaro and theBlack levelthe Pampanarothe Capolongo and the They ripen white, and other varieties such as Pointed Malvasia, Muscat of Terracina e Syrah. They are cultivated in balance between heaven and earth according to the dictates of biodynamic agriculture.

The cellar covers 1000 m2  and is located in the basement: vinification room, barrel room, place for the storage of bottles and kitchen area. Here takes place the Magic all wines are spontaneously fermented and aged in cement tanks, terracotta amphorae or in oak or acacia wood. The wine does not undergo any intervention, in fact are banned clarification e filtration.
The wines are bottled strictly following the phases of the moon.
