From a vineyard of only half a hectare planted in 1995, this Franciacorta is aged on the lees for 24 months and a further 6 months after disgorgement. Franciacorta Brut N.M.Chardonnay
From the Adro vineyard, 1.5 hectares of Guyot vines planted in 1985, the base wine is aged on the lees for 24 months and remains in the bottle for another 3-6 months after disgorging for further maturation. The nose has hints of yellow fruit and broom, bread crust and great minerality. The taste is full and satisfying with great balance. Savoury and long
Franciacorta Rosé N.M.Pinot Noir
First release for this Franciacorta Rosé, with grapes from the 2016 harvest. The base wine is aged on the lees for at least 24 months and a dosage of 3.5 g/l is added at the time of disgorgement. Red fruits emerge on the nose ripe and smooth, then mineral notes. Tasting is ample and structured, fresh. Ripe red fruit returns, with a pleasant savoury note accompanying the long finish.

Coccaglio, Franciacorta
Solo Uva was founded by Giovanni Arcari, and is a small winery that is part of the "Terra, Uomo, Cielo" group. It is run by Andrea Rudelli and produces about 15,000 bottles a year, in the hectare and a half planted with vines, using the Solo Uva method.
No exogenous sugars are added at any stage of the production process (prise de mousse, liqueur d'expedition), because the grapes are harvested when they are fully phenolically ripe and re-fermentation in the bottle takes place with the sole use of must, previously frozen.
