Vini Viti Vinci is a micro-shop created by Nicolas Vauthier, one of the founders of the promotion of natural wines in France. Vauthier founded l'aux Crieurs de Vin (a wonderful bar a vin in the centre of Troyes) and remained its head for about 10 years until he decided to leave its management to devote himself to wine production. The grapes are exclusively of organic or biodynamic origin and vinification is done with as little intervention as possible.
