🛁 From vines up to 90 years old located at an altitude of 600 metres on calcareous clay soil, the grapes ferment spontaneously together with indigenous yeasts and whole bunches, maceration is 5 weeks. Maturation in steel for at least 4 months.

👅 Fresh and juicy, with good body and extremely gentle tannins, long and slightly aromatic
